Tutorial: Transferring Your $DARC from Binance Smart Chain to Solana Using Wormhole Bridge

This tutorial will guide you step-by-step through transferring $DARC tokens from Binance Smart Chain (BSC) to Solana using the Wormhole Bridge.

Before diving in, make sure you have the following set up:

• A Phantom Wallet: Create a new wallet on Phantom.
• MetaMask Wallet Configured for Binance Smart Chain: Connect MetaMask to BSC.
• Hold DARC Tokens on MetaMask: If your DARC tokens are in another wallet, transfer them to MetaMask.

Step-by-Step Guide to Transfer $DARC

==> Access the Wormhole Bridge
Visit wormholebridge.com to initiate your transfer.

==> Select Source and Target Blockchains

• Choose Binance Smart Chain as your source and Solana as the target blockchain.
• Click Connect to link your MetaMask wallet.

==> Choose DARC as the Transfer Token

• Click on Select a Token and type “DARC” in the search bar.
• If necessary, use the contract address: CpFE715P5DnDoJj9FbCRcuyHHeTXNdRnvzNkHvq1o23U.

==> Prepare for Transaction Fees
Ensure you have enough BNB and SOL for transaction fees on both networks. Enter the amount of DARC you’d like to transfer, then click Next.

==> Connect Your Phantom Wallet
Click Select Wallet to choose Phantom as the receiving wallet.

==> Create a Token Account (if Required)
If this is your first DARC transaction on Solana, click Create Associated Token Account to allow your Solana wallet to receive DARC.

==> Approve Transaction

• In the pop-up, approve the transfer in your MetaMask wallet.
• MetaMask will prompt for BNB fees; click Confirm to authorize payment.

==> Initiate the Transfer
Click Transfer and then confirm again in MetaMask.

==> Redeem on Solana

• After confirmation, click Redeem to complete the transfer on Solana.
• In Phantom, approve the Solana transaction fees. Note: Due to network conditions, you may need to approve more than once if the network is congested.

Troubleshooting and Additional Tips

• Check Transfer Status: If you experience delays, check the status on the Solana Explorer.
• Transaction Hash: Retain the transaction hash for reference if issues arise.
• Redeem Option: If you encounter challenges during the transfer, use the redeem page to claim your DARC on Solana.
