DARCwallet Guide: How to Use Bitcoin Features in DARCwallet — Part 1
We have officially launched the updated version of DARCwallet, featuring…BITCOIN! We have included BTC integrations to allow DARCwallet users to perform simple #BTC functions directly from your DARCwallet. For these features to be available, you must download the latest DARCwallet file, version 4.2.0. You can acess the latest version of Konstellation’s DARCwallet here: https://konstellation.tech/wallet.html
Step 1:
Download and/or Open your DARCwallet. Make sure that it is updated to the latest version no later than 4.2.0
- DARC wallet is set to auto-update. You can always download latest DARCwallet version here: https://konstellation.tech/wallet.html
Step 2:
Log in to your DARCwallet with your login and password combination and click ‘Add wallet’ button.
Step 3:
“Yes, I have a Bitcoin wallet already, how do I import it to DARCwallet?”
- If you already have a Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address, you can Import it by clicking on the ‘Import’ tab and selecting “BTC Address” as your Wallet type in the top field. In the second field, enter in your Private Key (WIF) and click ‘IMPORT WALLET’.
“I do not have a Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address, how do I create one from DARCwallet?”
- If you do not have Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address yet, you can create a new one directly from DARCwallet. Hit ‘Add wallet’ button. Choose ‘BTC Address’ and hit ‘Create’ button.
Step 4:
Once you have completed the steps described above, your DARCwallet dashboard should look like the image below.
