CEO Recap: Week of April 1st
Dear Community,
As the CEO of DarcMatter & Konstellation, I decided to start a series where I will publish a post every week to recap what our team has done. Keep in mind that technical progress will be published separately.
Our Blockchain Lead, Nick, wrote about the relationship between DarcMatter and Konstellation, in response to the questions we received from the community regarding the relationship between the two. We wanted to shed light on why business development and partnerships with DarcMatter impact the growth of the Konstellation network. Our intention in establishing Konstellation and setting up shop in Seoul, Korea was due to the market opportunity there as well as its proximity to other amazing opportunities in markets nearby. We’ve always believed that there were opportunities as a blockchain project to grow the ecosystem and increase adoption of our technology due to the positive market sentiment. We’re also building our brand in Korea to raise awareness, build and grow our community so we can have a foothold not only in the market for prospective funds that we can onboard but also to have access to a larger community that can interact with our technology’s interface, the DARCwallet.
We want our community to be actively involved in not only the growth of our ecosystem but also the development. This is why we decided to introduce the beta testing opportunity where 100 community members will be giving us feedback on the beta version of the DARCwallet before it is released to everyone. With regards to the beta testing that we recruited for, we are finalizing the logistics and will send out information because we want to make sure the process is run smoothly and that there is confidentiality among the participants.
In terms of marketing, in the past few weeks we have enhanced our communication efforts so that it is more strategic. Our communications strategy is aimed at being consistent and engaging with the community, after hearing a lot of your feedback we have made this a priority. On Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019, we held an AMA where I enjoyed answering questions and engaging with the community as I know there have been many frustrations on the lack of communication in the past few months. We understand that we needed to improve our communications in sharing what our team has been doing and we will continue to share not only our technical progress, but marketing and business development efforts as well. We want to have a healthy dialogue back and forth with the community to grow and build an awesome long-term relationship.
This past week has also been critical in team building, because we take the team very seriously. I was in Shanghai to plan out our marketing efforts for the coming weeks with members of our marketing team. We also discussed implementing different marketing strategies to grow the community globally. Additionally, we ironed out our partnership with Bitcurate. Then, I went off to Seoul to work with our team that is engaging with the finance industry, managing our social media and growing the Konstellation team. Growing a separate blockchain dedicated team is already showing its core benefits and we are really excited to see what we can accomplish in the coming days. Before the AMA, on April 2nd I flew to New York to resync in person with the DarcMatter & Konstellation’s Co-Founder and COO, Natasha Bans as well as the rest of our team in NYC.
Thank you everyone for your continued support.
Regards,
Sang Lee
